Terms of Service

These terms cover the use of this site and any order you place through it. Plain language on purpose.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The sale is complete when we confirm it by email. If we cannot fulfil an order — usually because something sold out between your click and our packing bench — we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices

All prices are in Japanese yen and include consumption tax. Shipping is added at checkout and is shown before you pay. We may change prices, but never for an order already confirmed.

Payment

Payment is taken by card through Stripe at the time you order. We do not hold your card details.

Delivery

We ship within Japan only. Delivery estimates are estimates; once a parcel is with the carrier, the timing is theirs. See Shipping.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, because sign-in codes and password resets are sent there. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the shop.

Content

The text, photographs and designs on this site are ours. Please do not republish them commercially without asking.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under Japanese consumer law.
