Where we ship

Japan only. We are not set up for customs paperwork, so we would rather say no than send a parcel that gets stuck.

What it costs

Shipping is a flat ¥600 per order anywhere in Japan. Orders of ¥5,000 or more ship free. The charge is shown in the cart before you pay, so there is nothing to work out yourself.

When it leaves

Coffee is packed to order. Orders placed on a working day are usually dispatched within one to two business days; orders placed over a weekend or public holiday go out on the next working day.

Tracking

You get a shipping notification by email when the parcel is handed over, with the tracking number where the carrier provides one.

Carrier and delivery times

TODO-owner: confirm the shipping carrier (e.g. Yamato / Japan Post / Sagawa), the published delivery-time table by region, any cool/refrigerated option, and the redelivery process for a missed delivery

Returns

Coffee is a food product, so we cannot take back a bag that has been opened. If an order arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect, email support@buddhacoffee.jp with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund it.
