What to include

If your message is about an order, please include the order number from your confirmation email. That alone saves a round trip and usually lets us answer in one reply.

Response times

We aim to reply within two business days. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a Japanese public holiday are answered on the next working day. If a week goes by with no reply, assume something went wrong with the mail and send it again.

Order problems

Damaged in transit, missing item, wrong item, or a bag that arrived in poor condition — email us with a photo and your order number and we will sort it out. See our Shipping page for delivery timings and our returns position.
