Why we pack to order

Roasted coffee is at its best in the first few weeks after roasting, and it starts losing aroma the moment it is ground. That is the whole reason we do not keep a shelf of pre-packed bags waiting for someone to buy them.

When your order comes in we weigh and pack it then, and it leaves us within one to two business days. If you choose whole bean it stays whole until you grind it at home; if you choose ground we grind it at the moment of packing, not weeks earlier.

It makes us a little slower than a shop that ships from a pallet. We think the difference is in the cup.
